  1. "Getting Started in The Performing Arts". This is the inside track on how to get started as a Performer. This DVD contains interviews with "British Actor's Equity"; "The Spotlight" the Actors advisory service; "The Musicians Union"; "The Guildford Conservatoire"; "The National Youth Theatre"; "The Urdang Dance Academy"; leading Agents Casting Directors and many others.

  2. "Job Roles and Venues in The Performing Arts". This is a comprehensive resource that gives a fascinating insight into practically every single Job Role in the Theatre from Front of House to Backstage. It also gives a complete understanding of how the Theatre Industry works "as a business" again with many interviews from leading figures in the Theatre Industry.

  3. "Job Roles in Film and Television Understanding The Industry". This film was made in close cooperation with the National Film and Television School (NFTS) with a great interview with their Principal Nik Powell who is a major Movie Producer in his own right. He produced films like "Mona Lisa", "Ladies in Lavender", "Calendar Girls" and many others. Nik shows how to obtain the finance for a movie and guides us through the shooting and post production process, through to marketing and distributing the finished Film. Within that we have in depth interviews with a leading Film Editor, former Commissioning Editor for Channel4 and Head of Comedy for BBC Scotland, a Head of Photography; Production Designer; Composer; Film Director; Screenplay Writer; BECTU and many others.

  4. "Stage Fighting and Stunt work". This DVD shows how to set up and run your own Stage Combat routines both safely and effectively. An invaluable resource for schools and colleges mounting shows which may have fights in them. It contains an extremely interesting interview with Terry King who arranged all of the Stage Fights in "The Lord of The Rings", currently playing in London's West End and a terrific interview with Paul Weston one of the world's leading stunt arrangers. Paul was Superman's body double and doubled for James Bond in many Bond Movies.

With many Schools and Colleges mounting their own Productions this DVD gives an invaluable insight into the world of Theatre Design, covering set Design, Costume & Lighting. We have in-depth interviews with two Leading British Theatre Designers, Elroy Ashmore & Andrea Montag. Andrea is Head of The Design Course at The Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and gives very useful advice concerning Training and Pathways into Theatre Design as a career. We also have a major contribution from John Adams M.A. John was Artistic Director of the Birmingham Repertory Theatre and also founded Paine's Plough the celebrated new writing Theare Company where he developed the work of writers like Anthony Minghella amongst others. Actors he has worked with include John Gielgud, Judi Dench, Ralph Fiennes and many others. John gives a valuable insight into how the Designers Directors and Crew integrate together "as a team".
